INVESTMENTS – LUMP SUM OR SAVINGS PLAN: If you have monies to invest, I can set up your portfolio with Allan Gray and choose the best unit trust funds to suit your needs, age and risk tolerance. It is very important to get the best and most suitable funds available as they can make a huge difference to your returns over time. Many of my clients have, for example, sold their house and invested the proceeds in order to provide an income in retirement. Naturally, the income should increase yearly to keep pace with inflation, that is presently around 6.0%. My clients have done particularly well over the past few years with returns well above their expectations and certainly many times better than the bank deposits they were in before.

Fees: The initial advisory fee is 1.0% with a 1.0% annual fee.

Allan Gray does not charge an initial fee.

Minimum investment: R 100,000 lump sum or R 5,000 per month.
